What does NetStep help with?
NetStep Connect Consult helps with school applications, visas, proof of funds, ticketing, travelling abroad support, and passport guidance. We also help you assess scholarships and intakes listed on our Opportunities page.
How do I book a consultation?
Use the Contact page form. Share your goals, choose £20 (card) or GHS 300 (Mobile Money in Ghana), pay once via Paystack, then we follow up by email and WhatsApp. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +44 7488 234286 (UK) or +233 24 878 8706 (Ghana).
Is the consultation fee a one-time payment?
Yes. The consultation fee is a one-time payment for that consultation conversation. Pay £20 by card or GHS 300 with Mobile Money. It is not a retainer, and it does not cover visa fees, school fees, tickets, or scholarship awards.
What does the consultation fee cover?
It covers a focused consultation about your goals, timeline, and next steps. It does not guarantee a visa, admission, scholarship, or any official outcome.
Do you guarantee visa or admission approval?
No. NetStep provides guidance and application support. Outcomes depend on eligibility, documentation, and decisions by universities or government authorities.
How quickly will you reply after I pay?
We usually follow up by email and WhatsApp within one business day after your one-time consultation payment is confirmed.
Which destinations do you commonly support?
Many clients explore the UK (including London), Canada, the USA, and Europe. The right path depends on your goals. Start with a consultation.
